Booking at Coté Halles – Terms and Conditions
Article 1 : Object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in bed and breakfast. The owner undertakes to ensure personally the reception of the vacationers with all the desirable attentions making it possible to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region
Article 2 : Stay duration
The signatory customer of this contract concluded for a fixed term will in no circumstances be able to invoke any right to keep in place.
Article 3 : Rates
Our rates are defined on the basis of an occupancy of one or two persons per room. Breakfasts are included in the price of the room. All our prices are in euros, billing and payment are in euros.
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay to the owner, the charges not included in the price.
Article 4 : Booking conditions
A reservation will become effective upon payment of the full amount due and receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
The payment implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Article 5 : Cancellation by the client
Summer (june 15 to september 15) and holidays
More than 14 days before arrival, no fee will be retained and the client will be refunded within 30 days
Less than 14 days before arrival, the owner reserves the right to keep the full amount unless he can book again the accommodation.
Rest of the year
More than 7days before arrival, no fee will be retained and the client will be refunded within 30 days
Less than 7days before arrival, the owner reserves the right to keep the full amount of the accommodation.
In case of early departure, the total price of the accommodation remains due until the final date of the reservation.
Article 6 : Cancellation by the owner
When, before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the customer and ensure that the message has been received by the customer . The customer without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be refunded immediately ot the deposit paid.
Article 7 – Check-in and check-out
Arrival between 17h30 and 20h30. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.
Departures before 11:00. No access to the house between 23h00 and 7h30.
Article 8 – Breakfast
Breakfasts are served between 7:30 and 10:00.
Article 9 – Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their intended purpose. No meals can be taken in the rooms.
The facilities and equipment provided must be used for their intended purpose. They are under the responsibility of the customer as soon as he takes possession of it. He thereby assumes full responsibility. Any material not returned or any degradation will result in the payment of the costs of rehabilitation.
The whole house is a non-smoking area.
The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
We also draw the attention of our guests to the fact that due to its configuration, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Valuables (jewels, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in the rooms or in the parked vehicles, the hosts declining any responsibility in case of disappearance of these objects.
Article 10 – Room capacity
Booking is made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is able to deny additional guests without canceling the booking so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
Article 11 – Pets
Due to the presence of our dog in the house, pets are not allowed in our guest house.
In case of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner will refuse the animals. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered
Article 12 : Internet access (WI-FI)
Guests have a free access to the owner’s internet connection.
Limit of use. You agree not to use this connection at a later date, nor to transmit, communicate the access codes to anyone.
You declare on your honor not to use the connection for activities or for reprehensible, immoral or potentially responsible purposes: in particular to send, receive or access to illegal content under French law. Especially with respect to intellectual property rules and cybercrime. The use of peer-to-peer software is strictly prohibited. In the event of litigation or investigation we would be able to transmit your personal information to the competent people, which you accept by this.
Network responsibility. You are solely responsible for the use you make of your equipment, or its activities on our network, including with respect to other customers. You agree to incur the risks associated with the use of a wireless network and an internet connection, you are advised to increase the level of protection of your firewall and your antivirus.
Article 13 : Privacy policy
In accordance with the French law n ° 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 relative to the data processing, the files and the liberties, you benefit from a right of access and rectification to the data concerning you on our page Privacy policy.
We undertake not to transmit in any case the information that you have communicated to other companies or organizations.
